Why is it that a number of TV presenters do not look straight into the camera when speaking, but instead adopt a ridiculous way of supposedly looking at someone standing at the side of the camera.
I'm watching BBC2 now, Grow Your Own Drugs, and James Wong is not looking at the camera but instead an imaginary person at the side of camera.
Other presenters who do this are, George Clarke and Jamie Oliver. It's stoopid, because we all know they're not looking at anyone.
But WHY do they do it????
