Yes, I know.
This girl was trying hard to sell me something, and she did not realise how I would have felt.

I like him.

I said to him, if I won a lottery, I will buy TiBB, and gave permban to all members he does not get on. (He has to behave though.)

I'm sick and tired of my mustache not growing, I'm 21 and it still looks like Harry!/Patrick's.

One of my friends from uni died in a tragic accident. I genuinely have changed my outlook on life since then. I don't want to tell my friends because I don't want their sympathy and it's the same with my family. I just feel lost.

I'm very sorry, thats horrible for you. I know when I was a teenager I had only known 'old' people to die and then one of my friends was killed in a motorbike accident with her boyfriend. It took me a long time to come to terms with it and all these tears later I still think about it because I'd never known anyone young and healthy and full of promise just die just like that without any warning (i.e. without being ill or anything) If you do know someone you could talk to about it though, it may help. Maybe someone who's also felt the impact of a tragedy in their lives. I know what you mean about not wanting people to be all sympathetic and caring because although they are only trying to be helpful, it will probably make you feel more sad. But if you confide in the right people who wouldn't do that, it really might help

Also Lemonjam its normal and understandable to feel lost, a lot of people would feel exactly the same, but you mind need a support network to help you come to terms with it, and that will involve confiding in someone. Bottling up emotions hardly ever makes them go away, they have to be faced. Good luck

I'm tired, been listening to someone talk about their Maths exam and felt guilty when I fell asleep, but then it was quite a nice sleep so it's hard to feel bad about it...

Thanks very much rhino, that helps alot. I've talked to a few friends who didn't know him about what happened and they've changed the conversation quickly, but at least they know why I'm distracted. 's for all!

Massive to LJ. Bereavement is so hard to come to terms with, when I lost my dad to leukaemia I was a mess for a long time. Also my son was only six at the time and kept crying for his Grandad which was heart wrenching. He actually had grief counselling arranged by his school, and it was brilliant, they helped him a lot. One of the things they did with him was make a memory box, from a shoe box, which they covered with wrapping paper to look nice and he put things in it such as photos, cards, and various keepsakes. He still keeps it in his bedroom today, and looks at it from time to time. Plus we always talk about him, to keep the memories alive. So I totally know where you are coming from. I'll stop now cos I am filling up.

My first day of one week holiday.

Sun is shining, I should be out gardening.

But I am still having a cup of tea and enjoying doing nothing!

I opened Serious Debate section and read some of them.

My goodness, I will never survive there, never mind my language problem, I need to be a strong character and conviction I am debating!
