Default Cheap food>Expensive.

I'm not the only person I know like this. I'm a lover of cheap ASDA smartprice food. Take Pizza's for example - Deep pan domino's pizza with heaps of tomato and loads of cheese on, tastes too strong. I prefer ASDA basics pizza - There isn't much tomato and it doesn't taste too strong, and it's cheaper. It's the same with Jelly and most other foods. I think it's just me and the fact that I don't like really strong flavours unless they're sweet or fruity.. so I tend to go for things that taste quite bland.

Does anyone else prefer basic food over expensive company food?

I'll buy food no matter how cheap or expensive it is, price does not bother me.

it is not price but quality

avoid processed foods that lead to obesity and cancer and eat real food that was once living.

pizza should be a once every month treat at most

I kinda agree with you.. some cheaper food is nicer than the more expensive stuff.
A lot of the time, I can barely taste the difference.

I love Wetherspoons food, for example, and will happily go there and have a £5 drink + burger than go to some really expensive restaurant.
I went to Planet Hollywood for example, and a meal that would normally cost me + my boyfriend £20 in the Spoons, cost us almost £50 in there, and there wasn't much of a difference. LOL.

Maybe I'm just a cheap date.

Expensive food with always be better than the cheap sh!t. Have you ever really had a look at the ingredients? Have you ever wondered WHY it is so cheap?

I would never ever buy smart price products. Makes me gag just thinking about it.

Imo dominoes tastes far better than asdas own pizza's..

But i had asdas own apple juice the other day and it tasted amazing..
It tasted just like the real expensive ones all the othr cheap ones taste horrible.

We eat like smart price biscuits nd that, some dont taste as good but some are lovely.

I do have expensive taste though...

I rarely buy value stuff. The only exceptions I can think of are some crisps, and biscuits.

Cheap cola = rank.

Ha ha ha we get our water delivered in a pipe to our house.

Incidentally Kellogs, and Nescafe DO make stuff for other people.

Tesco value soups are made by Baxters of Speyside. As are all Marks and Spencer Soups.

As most of us do. I like to have mine in the fridge though and at 10p for 2 litres it is most probably cheaper than drawing it straight from the tap.

Good lord never, get a Tesco water filter jug, holds a couple of litres and sits in the fridge. Pays for itself in no time at all and is more environmentally friendly -saves all that plastic bottles and carrier bags.
