Hibah Ansary became the second candidate to be fired from the boardroom tonight having said to have failed to participate in the team. Hibah who has studied medicine was the team leader in Week 1, succesfully passing the task. However this week she found herself on Adam's team with a cardboard structure from hell they had no chance and no orders. Hibah was fired from the boardroom.
What do you think? Glad Hibah was fired? I wasn't, I liked, her, err bloody Zoe is still in. ADAM TO WIN!

Zoe is the best candidate by far (and I'm not even a fan) barr her lack of teamwork, so she won't be going anywhere for a while
Hibah should have gone, all she does is throw hissy fits at other team members if things arent going her way, and doesnt have the bite and confidence to be a businesswoman Adam was lucky, but as Sugar said himself, he sees a younger him in Adam |

Firstly, I thought Hannah's team had by far the best product, I know I'd definitely buy something like that if I were to go to a festival/camping, I think they got the target market bang on and really thought it through well. Size wasn't too great though.
Adam's storage/games/cupboard mish-mash thing was just terrible imo. Flimsy, cheap looking, and what the hell was going on with the crappy little game boards at the top, if I wanted to play chess/checkers I'd bring a folded board with storage for the pieces that was actually sturdy. Terrible, terrible product, they should've either gone with just a game board thing, or the storage, not a concoction of both. Adam I've gone from thoroughly liking him in the first week to thinking he is one of the weakest candidates there this week. With his camping background youd've thought he would have been able to tap into the target market straight away and decided on a decent product in their first briefing. He was just cringeworthy to watch, nervous, unsure and definitely not in charge of the team. What an absolute shambles with the tent thing aswell. Zoe Fantastic once again, although she wasn't keen on the product, she went through the pitches and really did well. Definitely the strongest candidate there. Arjun Felt like he wasn't used as much as he could've been 'til the pitches, was understandably nervous for the first two, but his final pitch was great. Hannah & Tim Worked well together, but I did feel the pushed Rhys and Arjun to the side a bit initially, but I thought the four worked well as a team. Not fussed on the rest this episode, didn't see anythign exciting from those I haven't mentioned, and Rhys' suit still gets on my tits, looks like he's gone to his first day at high school in a stupidly oversized uniform. Hibah probably deserved to go due to her performance last week as prject manager aswell, but Adam was diabolical this week. |

I think Emma is the dodgiest candidate and one to watch out for. She finalised that terrible cardboard storage/games board hybrid and completely talked her way out of the board room getting off scot free.

Agreed @BB_Eye notice how in the little café beforehand though how she was backing Adam against Hibah, knowing full well if she could get on his good side she'd be safe.
I reckon she would've certainly gone had Adam taken her into the boardroom. But from previous series, these are sort of ones that tend to go very far, then get fired instantly when they are taken in. Unless she majorly cocks up in the next couple of tasks, I can only see Zoe bringing her back in. |

Hibah was my favourite! Very gutted that she was fired, seemed to have good ideas but nobody used them properly and was fair and could work in a team unlike some others.
![]() Id say Tim is my current favourite now. And Hannah literally made me LOL, a table that folds into a bag? ![]() |

![]() I hate Zoe, but yeah she does a fantastic job at selling, although I think coming up with ideas and team work will be her downfall. I like Hannah, haaha!
