The Deadset logo was based on the BB8 template as is the BB11 logo

No, the dead set eye is based on the bb eye template. The same one used for bb8, bb7 and bb11

has anybody got the pic of all the hms in dead set, i seen one but there were only 7 hms so that cant be right

There has been no single template since BB6. Every BB since has had it's own.

The same basic template has been used for BB7, BB8, BB10 and finally BB11. The template is distinguishable by the two short flicks in the North, North-East area of the eye .

BB7:


BB8:


BB10:


BB11:



The BB9 logo broke the generic template but in place of the distinguishable flicks was the red stripe CBB7 was obviously just completely fresh 8-)

@DigitalSid I'm struggling to find any noticeable differences though :/
All of the peaks and troughs in the outer edge are almost identical

Despite the thumb print template, BB10's eye is more simmilarly shaped.
