Default Poltergeist
I have a Poltergeist in my house moving stuff, throwing stuff about the house, like books, cups sometimes and also moving clothes about. On monday, i had a book thrown across the room which hit me straight in the leg. I seen it with my own eyes.

Its really odd and i can't explain it.

How have you seen it, a poltergiest is an invisible entity that moves/throws stuff by definition.

"Poltergeist (from German poltern, meaning "to rumble", "to make a noise" and Geist, meaning "ghost" or "spirit") denotes an ostensibly paranormal phenomenon attributed to the presence of an invisible entity that manifests itself by creating noise or moving objects. "
