I would not stay indoors.
if I watched his car
I would avoid him.


But with Helicopters and Busy Police
should just do there job
not shut the whole area down
as they can not handle a Nutter with a Gun?

I have to agree with that - ultimately, it could put officers and other members of the public's lives at risk if he gets in the way - or police are busy trying to keep him out of harm's way! Stupidity!
