Definitely launch night, it just don't feel right when its revealed on the C4 website...Davina should be the one revealing it imo.

They've already confirmed on the house picture press pack thingy that the dr will be shown on launch and not before. No fear then dudes

it definitely needs to be kept secret until launch.
if they release pics of it before there wont be any surprises left to look forward to. we know the twist, we've seen the house, apparently we will see all of the potential housemates at midnight. if they show us the DR chair before, we will know everything before the show has even started!
