Rachel came out bullied and Shabby came off as a defender and peacemaker...the public may have to go with a bland Sunshine memory...recent memories are a huge influence...

I don't think so at all.....if anything Sunshine is the most safe because she hasn't been involved in any conflict in the last few days.

Take me to the hole!

Sunshine's playing a very clever game in making sure she appears as nice and bland as possible until Friday's gone. Would love to see a look of shock on her face if she was the one evicted tomorrow though.

Prior to lines opening, the 2 prominent ones in the VOTE TO EVICT were Skabby and Sunshine for the obvious reasons, with Skabby starting as the fave for the boot across all the larger website polls and in the gambling odds. In a VOTE TO EVICT, prominence during the eviction voting days only provides people with reason to remember to pick up the phone for any noteworthy reason to evict an HM. Hence Rachael's performance has generated a situation where she is fast catching skabby as bookies' favourite to go. However, poor performance for a day or two seldom causes enough of a public change of heart to save the initial obvious candidate. (Victor in BB5 and Halfass in BB10 are the only two that come to mind). Rachael, while a bit OTT and precious this week hasn't done that much to sink her. Just cos Skabby got one good edit one night will not rub-out the views formed of her over every preceeding night. Sunshine, by comparison, has appeared quite a nice lass, and certainly no histrionics since hearing the nominations. Skabby will go. |

Their poll opened on Tuesday night prior to Rachael having a minorly disasterous week. Most of the votes were cast on Tuesday night so it is partly historic and will not reflect Rachael's true position. Last edited by Claymores; 17-06-2010 at 11:21 PM. |

Every bookie opened with Skabby as favourite to go. You are correct - they do invest a lot of time and effort before setting odds at the start of each eviction. Therefter it is the bets placed by punters that change the odds over the days. I'd ask you to take into consideration that most people who bet will also vote. The the trends in odds changing is usually a very good indicator. I'd also ask you to consider that the gambling odds are actually now very close to our own TIBB eviction poll which only started tonight as so is likely to be very up-to-date. |
