Someone said something about the bathroom stinking and then Mario and JJ made a comment about Jazz, and then someone was like Jazz has only been gone a few hours.

Its a joke.

Josie dresses up in that wig and pretends to be a new housemate. Shes done it since week 1 and was hilarious but wasnt in highlights
