12:00pm

Last night, Ben was told he would face the wrath of the Tree of Temptation for discussing his conversation with the Tree with his fellow housemates. Ben has been called to the Diary Room and has been provided with an outfit of army shorts, vest and hat.

Some of the housemates are in the Garden. "I wouldn't ever move to London because I don't want to be in the rat race", says Josie. Shabby tells her its not like that and leaves the garden. Caoimhe asks if Shabby is, "pissed" and Josie says she is sick of Shabby's tantrums.

Shabby has entered the Living Room from the garden. Shabby says she had to leave the garden as the other housemates were "slagging off" London. Shabby says she is proud of the city she lives in.

Ben enters the task room and is met by Sergeant Hawkes. "Welsome to Hawkes hell", he tells Ben. Ben tells him that its nice to see another person and Sergeant Hawkes replies that Ben will be his private for the day and that he's an "oxygen thief." Ben is told to start running on the stop and the Sergeant tells him to go faster with his knees higher and not to stop. The sergeant says, "Failure to do so is failure as a man."

The Sergeant calls Ben a sloppy girl. "I'm sorry but I'm not going to be bullied by you", Ben tells him. Sergeant Hawkes give Ben the option of carrying on with his punishment in the task room or choosing someone else to take his place as he is refusing to take orders. Ben chooses Dave to take his place and says that Dave doesn't have to do it if he doesn't want to.


1:06pm

In the task room Sergeant Hawkes tells Ben to have a seat as they wait for Dave to take his place. Ben tries to make conversation with the Sergeant by asking him what part of America he's from and talks about American politicians following orders.

In the Diary Room Dave is told to put on the shorts and army print vest. Dave says that he, "doesn't like the look of this" and that Ben failed the task not him. "I love trees", he says.

Dave enters the task room and Ben is asked to leave. Dave is told to start running on the spot by the Sergeant. "You're horrible", Dave tells him.

Ben walks into the Living Room and tells the housemates what he had to do with the Sergeant. He tells them that he chose Dave to take his place as he'd had an argument with Mario so couldn't choose him also he said Dave could refuse to do it like he did.

In the task room Dave calls the Sergeant a "naughty boy." The sergeant tells Dave that he's doing better than his friend was.

In the Living Room Ben is defending his reasons for choosing Dave for his punishment saying, "I thought Dave was big and tough."

In the task room Dave is doing push ups. Every time he nears the floor he shouts "Ben." Dave tells the Sergeant, "I haven't done this in twenty years."


1:50pm

Steve, Ife and John James are in the living room. "I would accept punishment", John James tells Steve. Steve agrees, "I wouldn't pick my mate". "He's not prepared to put himself out there", Ife says of Ben.

In the bedroom Ben is trying to make up with Mario after their argument yesterday. Ben says "Will you speak to me again? …you did say wicked things to me."

Dave comes out of the Diary Room after finishing Ben task. Dave tells the housemates it was horrible and that the sergeant said Ben was a coward. Housemates clap for Dave and Dave announces, "He said to tell all housemates Ben is a coward."

In the Bedroom Ben is trying to talk to Mario who is in bed. Ben tells Mario there was a misunderstanding. Mario tells Ben that he doesn't want to harm Ben's future career by them being friends. Mario gets up to leave the room and Ben follows. Mario says, "Are you going or am I?"

In the Living Room Ben and Dave talk about the punishment. Ben tells Dave that he's a better man than him. Dave tells Ben that the Sergeant called him a coward.


2:22pm

Caoimhe and Ben are in the bathroom talking about Mario. "He's being an ultra bitch today", Ben says adding that he is only in the house for his career.

In the Kitchen Steve, Dave, Nathan, Mario and Josie are trying to do the shopping list. Josie suggests the housemates get margarine and Nathan says he would like to get butter. Josie leaves the kitchen.

In the Garden housemates talk about Nathan. Shabby says that they never get to choose what shopping they want and is fed up of living under Nathan's rules. Josie says that Nathan is her mate and he's doing her head in and Shabby replies that she doesn't think her and Nathan are mates anymore.

2:41PM

Shabby and Caoimhe are in the wardrobe. Shabby says, "Everyone is ****ing me off. We never get what we want." In reference to the shopping.

Most of the Housemates are in the kitchen doing the shopping list. Ife tells Josie she can use white eyeliner instead of chalk and Nathan asks them to take it outside as they need to concentrate. Josie says she'd like a bit of input and make a meal. Nathan says, "Do it then", and leaves the kitchen.

4:17pm

Shabby and Caoimhe are in the Bathroom talking about Ben. Shabby tells Caoimhe that Ben isn't as great as she thinks he is and that he can do no wrong in her eyes. Caoimhe says that she is "pissed" at him for not doing his task.

Some of the Housemates are in the garden. John James asks Ben if he would still not perform a task if the whole house got punished. Ben says, "I would let them be punished." Ben says that he was asked to do stuff to Sunshine and Shabby which he didn't want to do and it was his right to choose. Steve tells Ben there is no I in team, Nathan says, "I can't trust you as far I can throw you", and Dave says, "..and we're friends. I'd hate to see what you'd do to enemies."

6.08pm

For this weeks 'you verses the housemates' challenge Ife must spin on the spot for 30 seconds without stepping outside the 1 meter radius

Housemates watch Ife as she spins on the spot for 30 seconds. Big Brother tells housemates that Ife span 30 times in 30 seconds and that the viewer span 25 times in thirty seconds making Ife the winner. Ife says she feels like an, "Olympic champion" as housemates hug her. Shabby says the day is looking "rosier" as they have their shopping arriving and Ife won the challenge.

8:41pm

Ife and Mario are at the carousel talking about Ben. Ife says that Ben's task wasn't hard and that he probably thought he'd just sit in the sun and get brown instead. Mario says that he is going to, "make piece with Ben and get over it."

Caoimhe and Shabby are in the Nest arguing over who they think is the best kisser. They both think that they are the best.

Big Brother tells housemates that the storeroom is open and they run to it. Shabby gets the cigarettes for the smokers. The other housemates enter the storeroom to see what food they have.

In the Garden housemates smoke cigarettes. Shabby tells Nathan he has been a "different boy" this week due to the lack of nicotine. Nathan says he's been going "up the wall."

In the kitchen the "non smokers" decide to hide crisps as they didn't get as much of the budget as the smokers.

The non smokers are in the bedroom hiding the crisps. John James says that if anyone takes them he'll, "hammer them."

In the Grden the smokers say a big, "cheers" to, "coffee and cigarettes."


9.18pm

Some of the housemates are at the Carousel. Caoimhe tells housemates she has never had nicotine withdrawals like that before in reference to not having any nicotine.

Mario and Ben are in the Bedroom. Mario tells Ben that he would like to make up and doesn't want to "impeed" on his career.

9:56pm

Big Brother announces to the House that as Dave completed Ben's punishment the housemates who haven't got them already will receive their suitcases. Housemates cheer and Nathan repeats "hero, zero.." The hero is Dave and the zero is Ben.

In the Kitchen Shabby is bring out the suitcases. She tells Ben his case is empty.

In the Living Room the housemates sing, "he's a jolly good fellow" to Dave as they bring in their suitcases.

12.50pm

Some of the housemates are in the Nest talking about politics. Ben says that politicians are more wealthy and Corin says they make a lot of money.

John James and Josie are in the diary room talking about how John James is a "Bristolian now" as he has not argued with anyone for two days. John James sings "I've got a brand new combine harvester", with Josie's assistance.

In the Nest housemates continue to talk about politics. Nathan says that politicians are "far removed" from real life and that there are nurses that stay up for three nights in a row saving lives. Ben says that politicians work long hours too and it's a "different type" of work.

In the Diary Room John James shows Big Brother his "Brizzle is the shizzle" t-shirt he is wearing under his shirt. Josie says that John James is a changed man and some days she has wanted to strangle him but he makes her days go faster and she wouldn't want him to leave. They both giggle before making "I love you" hand gestures at one another.

I've read that Josie could be their favourite before, she's always had a fair edit with no bias LOL.
