HELP!! Working MP3 Player

I got my new MP3 player for Xmas, But i have no idea how to work it!! Can someone take a couple of mins to tell me how to download music into it. Thanks

What make and model? IPod? Sony?
Check your instructions it came with im positive that they will tell you what to do
