was jo playing the game before nominations?

going in the diary room threatening to leave..then she makes a whole big deal about getting it on her weave before the task.
I believe it was just a tactic to make the others think twice about putting it on her head...but it backfired big time because corin believed she wanted to go.
Plus jo has bitched constantly about john james and did'nt vote him out of spite.
