Quick question about voting.

It's relevant and not relevant really.

I have the mobile tocco lite Samsung and am on T mobile. My contract is 15 pounds a month for unlimited texts and 100 minutes.

So if I was to vote, ( not sure if you can text in ) would I be charged extra?
Or would it just take off the minutes, so every time I ring it'll take off 5 mins or so. If I can text, do you think that would cost or not. I'm rather confused!
