They delight in putting people with mental problems in the house. Anyone remember Shabaz? You didn't have to be a qualified practitioner to see that he had... issues.

You cannot compare Tourette syndrome to ADHD. If you knew anything about them (in real life not from what you read on the internet) you would know what you are saying is simply ridiculous.

Also, BB announced that Pete had Tourette Syndrome, including to the other HMs. Several Tourette charities were actually against Pete being in the house at the time - it was in the mainstream press for example! Using *highlighting awareness* is the oldest trick in the book for TV producers using certain people for entertainment - channel 4 and channel 5 do it all the time, including their poor excuses for so called documentaries about children with deformed limbs and drunk kids.

You don't raise awareness about mental illness or disability through using those people as entertainment in reality shows. If Channel 4 are serious about really raising awareness about Tourette syndrome why not have a news reader or serious presenter with Tourette syndrome?

Exactly, that is what they do, because it makes people watch, like televising car crashes.

It is exploitation and nothing else.

I agree. I remember being horrified watching Shabaz's meltdown. The thing I remember most is Nikki saying "let's throw his clothes into the pool, that'll hurt him more". It was like bear-bating. Very cynical and exploitative.

The evidence is growing that infants are seated too long in front of screens having their brains flooded with adrenaline and no activity to get rid of it.

It's hard to diagnose of often quite hard to tell if you have it. You can't 'think' you have ADHD.

I didnt say that was the intent, I stated that was a result whether anticipated or not, it happened, thats documented fact.

Keep taking your meds mate. If the irrational anger gets too much breath deeply and turn the computer OFF!
