Now, since the beginning of the show I thought Pete was great and my perception of him was that he was a very funny person.

After watching today's show i've realised he is neither funny or entertaining and he really is pathetic. I really want him to lose and i think he was the sole reason for the reactions from MOST people on tonights show. He is seeming more manipulative and derogotary as each show is broadcast.

As for George, my first reaction towards him was, scum.. and I was calling him to be hung for treason but for some reason i warmed to him and actually thought he was an alright bloke. But again after tonights show, my perception of him has now changed back to what i thought before only now I think he is a vile, devious, old, delirious member of parliment.

Now, after my little story comes the question.

Has anybody else had there perceptions of a housemate changed through-out this series? And Why?

Yeah Pete for me too.

On first night and first few days i loved him but with all the Jodiue stuff i thought he was a nasty bully then i warmed to him again but lately i think he is a horrible, vile man again.

Michael: When he was fighting with Jodie in the first week, I couldn't stand him. I thought he was harsh to her without any real justification. However, after watching tonight's show, he came through as the "Ok guy" by defending Chantelle & Preston.

George: I was indifferent towards him, but after tonight, I loathe the man. Anyone who can use someone's addictions as fodder for a petty argument gets no respect from me. What a low-life.

Pete: At first I thought he was odd. Then I began to see past his physical appearance and enjoyed watching him as I thought he was witty and amusing. After he verbally attacked Traci, I started to dislike him, and his behaviour throughout the banking task has been diabolical. He did cause all the trouble on tonight's show, then he sits back quietly and watches it all kick off. Nasty piece of work he is.

Michael: I disliked him when he first entered the house as I was blinkered by the "crime" that occurred at a party of his, and after he tormented Jodie, this only backed this up. However, after tonight's show I can see how genuinely caring his is, in standing up for Chantelle and Preston, and defending himself in front of criticism.

Pete: His jokes were funny: once. He instigated the whole of tonight's argument and sat back with a smug look, that, quoting Pete's exactly words "made me want to hurl chunks!!"

Me too with Michael & Pete, I didn't like either, but having watched Pete with the other HM's and his quick fire ome line howlers, I changed my mind. He supported Preston & Chantelle too - but then turned into a malicious sharp tongued nasty piece of work. Reducing an American to tears is easy, but he chose to stamp all over Traci & boasted "just for the hell of it!" I saw a split personality. his double standards & 2 faced conversations along with moods made me dislike him. Michael I felt shouldn't have been there, but the way he's dealt with issues depite his problems has earned my respect! I feel for him shuffling round the kitchen at 3 am. His sleep pattern is wrecked. George, I disliked him & nothing changed that - yesterday's outburst made it worse - Traci - is a pendulum I like her then not, then do then not?? can't work her out! So yes Tanser you're spot on!

Yeah agree with you over George didnt like him when he came in but has gotten worse. Pete liked him then disliked him went back to liking now dislike. Michael i have never really understood the bully thing but have never liked him but tonight gone higher in rankings

Mine chage daily to be honest.

Michael: didnt like him as an entertainer before he entered the house and to be honest was a little unprepared to give him a chance (nothing to do with what he might or might not be involved in just didnt find him funny) I disliked him when he and Jodie had their thing going on - now though I have warmed to him, he isnt afraid to stand up to anyone, yet he is also kind and caring and has a vulnerability about him that makes me want to hug him!

Preston: always liked him
Chantelle: Ditto
Traci: go from being indifferent about her to being annoyed at her silly ways, to even finding her cute some days

George: wasnt sure about him, now despise him, he is a vile little man who hits below the belt

Pete: wanted to hate him, grew to love him and now despise him again. Every argument in that house is manufactured by Pete who loads the gun and passes it on to be fired by someone else. He is rude, unpleasant, patronising, sneaky, annoying, lets face it he aint even pretty to look at!

Maggot: well I thought he was dull but now I actually like him, he has strong values and is not afraid to be heard but doesnt feel the need to be heard all the time which is nice

Dennis: he is just awful, he mumbles and makes threatening statements to his HMs and then try's to weedle his way out of it. When he came in I thought he would inject fun but actually he is quite dull

I liked Preston at the start but don't like how he acted with Chantelle and still can't believe he is one of the favorites to win. How any female can vote for him to win is shameful....if you vote because he is "fit" thats pathetic. How does he gain the right to publically humilate his live in girlfriend?

Maggot I thought would be loud/chav like but he has failed to make an impression, he is worse then Vanessa the bore.

Pete, liked him at the start, went off him a bit in the middle but once again like him. He is tactical and can manipulate people but he is very grounded and he is being 100% himself good and bad parts of him show. He is the one housemate who has entertained us all no matter if we love him or hate him. The way he can add one comment and make the whole house explode but come off looking ok is great gameplay. He is very controviersial and has given us alot to debate the house would of been boring otherwise.

Traci wasn't sure of her in the start because of dennis reactions to her, then really liked her for being sweet/kind. She is the one housemate who I am still changing my mind daily over I cant decide if she is genuinely nice or she hides alternative motives.

Dennis...didnt like him from what I heard but really started warming to his softer side....now he has upped his game and not sure on him.

Michael: Press set out to weaken him from the start and I always like the underdog, for someone who is a recovering alcoholic who has had many problems to come back and start getting his life back on track should be applauded. Innocent until proven guilty always!

Chantelle...really liked her at the start, but the fact that she could win is stupid. What is the point of celeb big brother if a nobody wins at the end of it? It is a one time tried thing but they shouldnt have another year like it. If she had come in mid week or after the celebs she would not be there. She will be popular in whatever she does anyway and she doesnt need to win to do well.

I agree with Tanser about Pete - it was Pete who stirred up that whole thing last night, deliberately, and then just sat back to watch.

George - my perceptions haven't changed - I have never been able to stand the man.

Preston - thought he was wonderful when he went in...now I think he is boring and spineless.

Michael - not a fan, but he did shoot up in my estimation last night!

Preston-I really liked him at the start but not so much now, he walks away from things a lot and then shouts abuse at other times, kind of mixed up.Plus he's very much a gameplayer and seems desperate to win.

Chantelle-I liked her at the start not her voice and stupidity just annoy the hell out of me.

George-I was never really a fan of the bloke but I could tolerate him and agreed with some of the things he said but everyday I dislike the bloke more and more.

Micheal-I never really had any opinion on him at the start then I thought he was very odd and was causing arguements for the sake of it now I can see that he's a nice bloke if not a little messed up.

Maggot-I've always found him funny, he has some silly little jokes but has been quite boring. Now he seems to be coming on a lot and he's a really nice guy.

Traci-Always found her annoying and gaumless.

Pete-For ages I found him really funny and smart but the last couple of days I can see what a vindictive man he is, he just starts rows for the sake of it and is nasty to almost everyone in the house.He's let himself down, from being honest he's just become horrid.

Dennis-I thought he was okay at the start, middle part I really liked him but he's shown his temper on more than one occassion and I don't like that about him.
