Not necessarily, it's just that the contract hasn't been renewed past the next season yet. The Samoa/HvV ratings are up from Gabon/Tocantins so it's not necessarily toast.

Kidding me? JJ is a big time celebrity, a legendary coach, and now a Football analyst. HE was huge during the Dallas Cowboys 90s Super Bowl runs.

Anyways, I am looking forward to this, although, I dont know what the deal is really. Young Vs Old, means the challenges arent gonna be very physical. They will probably make them kind of weak, like when its battle of the sexes. So I dont know how I feel about it really.

And it doesn't necessarily mean there won't be a lot of physical challenges just because it's young vs. old.

I think they're going to ease up on the physicality, for sure. They've got a couple of 60 year olds and a few 50 year olds against these built guys like Jud, Shannon and just about everyone else on the Young tribe. It's pretty stacked. So I think they'll dish out a fair amount of everything, mental and physical

loving it so far. And i can't believe for one second that CBS would cancel survivor after they had the GREATEST SEASON EVER with Heroes V Villians. HvV was freaking amazing. If CBS cancels survivor they are truelly stupid. Survivor certainly must get higher ratings than ABC's "bachelor" reality show. The bachelor sucks.

1) There isn't even confirmation that CBS is canceling Survivor.
2) Heroes vs. Villains was pretty bad.

Jeff actually said on Ryan Seacrest's radio show that leaving hasn't crossed his mind. It would be pretty dumb to go out 2 seasons after HvV, on such a moot point.

I just think All-Star seasons don't work for Survivor. I mean fans love to see All-Stars compete and it's entertaining to watch but after it's all said and done, I can't really say that I look at All-Stars and Heroes vs. Villains as two of my favorite seasons. They're not even in the Top 5.

In general, All-Star seasons are a dud most of the time because people ruin their reputations and there's usually the winner who is barely an All-Star in the first place.
