How do we know they are not paying her? She may have been offered a contract

She was - back before entering all HMs are offered contracts. All BB11 HM contracts provided that they would receive £30 per day they remained in the house up to a potential end-date of 10 September. The point at issue here is the inequity of the sums being paid to the rest.
