It was NOT in her contract lol. Hence why the housemates didnt know about it.

i liked josie but near the end i cud see she was'nt beening herself hiding behind jj sat in bed 24 , 7 sucking her thumb!! she realy sed owt unless she woz in the dairy room and then it woz about jon james WAIST OF SPACE ..... i cud of watched corin all day ..

So, you think if there was a contract - which there was - that Davina would not have asked Josie if she would go back in, they just would have thrown Josie back in without speaking to her. LOL.
