What I want from the new Big Brother if it's to go to FIVE:

1. New house in a non residential area (I think this is a must if we ever want to see the late night pool parties again).

2. New presenter e.g.. Emma Willis, or Brian Dowling (Open to suggestions on this though).

3. Marcus Bentley to stay as narrator.

4. One hour highlights show each night apart from Saturdays, when it should take the day off.

5. Paid 24/7 live feed online.

6. An online one hour 30 minute fan edit highlights show each night for the live feed subscribers (I think it would be awesome for FIVE to choose hardcore fans from forums like these to do a nightly fan edit version of the highlights show).

7. Strictly NO contact with the outside world, no messages from home, no people brought in for tasks and no phone calls to ex-house mates that you think want to give you a kicking. Only exception is for medical treatment or if something life changing has happened that a house mate needs to know about.

8. Have a 12 week run series

9. Start with 14 - 16 house mates

10. only replace walkers before week 6. If there are any walkers after week 6 then they do not get replaced.

11. Walkers do not get any interviews what so ever, no spinoff shows, no finale night and no rap party. Once they have walked Big Brother must cut all ties to that ex house mate.

12. Bring in fresh house mates at week 6 (we need fresh faces going in to keep the show from getting stale half way through the series).

13. Strict rules for all new house mates that enter the show after the series has started, they must not reveal to any original house mate what is happening on the outside world or how that house mate is being perceived outside the house. Ejection from the house is a strong possibility for breaking those rules.

14. Also have very harsh punishments for original house mates that ask or try to get information in any way about the outside world from the new house mates.

15. The rules have to be strict and followed to the letter by both house mates and the production team.

16. Have a task that lasts the entire series. A task that each house mate has to spend at least a few minute on each day e.g.. growing veg or brewing their own beer for the rap party etc. Also make this task dependant on how much prize money the eventual winner will get.

17. Have a daily task each day, where house mates can win takeout or personal products.

18. Have a big two day shopping task.

19. Take alcohol off the shopping list and let Big Brother Provide it at their discretion.

20. Turn the Save And Replace task into The Save Yourself Task. One day out of the week all house mates take part in a task with the eventual winner being named immune from eviction that week.

21. Change the nominations procedure to, house mates get called into the diary room one by one as usual but instead of nominating the two house mates they want to evict, they have to nominate the two house mates they want to save from eviction. with the two or more house mates with the most save votes will join the other house mate that won The Save Yourself task and be immune from eviction. The rest of the house mates will then face eviction on Fridays'.

22. Change the public voting procedure from vote to evict, to vote to save (I think this is needed to try and stem the Tweenie Revolution).


So what does everyone think? any more suggestions to add to the list or tweaks to add to the current list to make them even better?

I think Five would do a grand job. But I think they should steer away from 'normal' people. They tend to be boring. The celeb ones are much better. I think we should go Celeb BB on Five. Then maybe think about the 'normal' people later.

I also want John McCririk as one of the presenters of BBLB.

Some of this is ridiculous. Voting to evict and nominations are what BIG BROTHER is founded upon, if you don't like it I suggest you search Google for re-runs of I'M A CELEB. I think the housemates need 1 message around 2 weeks from the end from friends or family but under controlled conditions to stop outside information reaching HM's. Davina should stay host she's synonymous with the brand. LF should be free. Plus, Five are keeping the same house.
