Default IF C5 do bring back Big Brother will the same staff be involved?

I was thinking about this earlier, if Channel Five do bring back Big Brother will all the staff (production team, presenters, producers etc.) be the same, aren't they all recruited by Endemol, not Channel 4? Don't the channel just have a contract saying they will air the show on TV and then Endemol are responsible for actually creating the show?

I'm just completely confused by this.

As far as I'm aware, most of them will be, yes. But PEJ has gone to LA apparently, and the tree [Daniel Nettleton] is off to work on this year's IAC in Australia.

What is PEJ doing in LA?

I hope there is a new producer. Maybe recruit brand new people to the BB team?

Thanks, Jack.

I'm not sure if it would be a good or bad thing with the same people involved. We'd most likely end up having crappy "twists" again, I wouldn't mind having new people involved with the show as then there would be more of a chance of the show staying on TV longer.
