Default The bloated BBC has to Cut £144Million

From there own news station
they confirmed due to them TV Tax Freeze
not going up they must cut £144Million
so many stars/presenters on the BBC may be let go.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...r-changes.html

All Stations are cutting back
so the Bloated BBC had no choice.

Life In The Fast Lane.

The BBC is the best broadcaster in the world, and unlike Sky produces quality TV programmes and is not run for profit.

They may have been at one point.

But now even BBC people go to work at Sky3D.

You can stick with your out dated dusty old BBC
no one will stop you
but many that you watch will have to go due to these Cut backs.

In this Day and Age
The BBC is a small part of what many watch.

Where I live (Dublin) we've had cable TV for 30+ years. In Britain most had just 3 and then 4 channels, so you think Sky is great, and it is much better than what you had. But believe me its content is pretty god-awful, nowhere near as good as the BBC and ITV. From the perspective here where I am Sky has been undermining the BBC and ITV and charging its customers handsomely. For example, football use to be free on ITV, still is what there is of it. Sky have been trying to gouge out the content and repackage it at a premium.

And all SkyMovieHD Channels have No Ads while the Film is on
also now on VirginHD.

And MGMHD so great to see classics in HiDef.

So Sky is Number 1.

Bloated BBC? But what's the revenue of the BBC? 4.5b

What's the revenue of Sky? 5.4b

Wiki

And how many subscribers/viewers? What's the cost to the viewer? Who's really bloated?- Sky and their charges.

Sky is not in this.

The BBC is made from UK Tax money
but is Bloated 100%
they Burn the money up wasting it on hotels and the like.
And BBC3 is a repeat channel or Films - There output is Corrupt.

Sky is attempting to monopolise satellite TV, and TV in general. It's dangerous. Not just in the UK but all over the world - Australia, Asia, Italy, Germany, USA.

It should start by axing S**tly Cum Dancing and Top Gear. Not Radio 6.

Top Gear is sold all over the world and makes a fortune for the BBC and it's great.

I don't understand. How does it make a fortune for the beeb? They are funded by the licence payer.

I hope they axe Chris Moyles and Jo Wiley too.

They can sell their shows to foreign channels. I think they make maybe 300m on this show, I think I read. Also, BBC iternational advertises, the BBC you can watch on various satllites.
Top Gear magasine too. And it's franchised where other countries make their version.

Meanwhile in America
the Commercial company BBCAmerica
is doing very well.

Many UK Shows they get at below cost prices or Free.

The BBC is well out of Order.

I'd be more concerned about Sky's bloated prices, tbh.
