a anti social view - do i deserve a A-S-B-O

half of all crime is due to anti social behaviour,
so whats the solution, who will be the saviour.
is it to do with the A-S-B-O or is this part of the cause,
kids see them as certificates, now just pause.
with no real consequences, they are badges with meaning.
the perpetrators are happy, but the community is steaming.
the police have for sure retreated,
they are down with numbers, like the Taliban not yet defeated.
we either sit back and let our areas drop into no go zones,
or we get the criminals shaking in there bones.
simply do a blitz estate by estate,
you have to fine the parents, no exception gate.
and if they continue, its obviously child neglect,
enter social services,"threats of care" they must detect.
for pointing out the obvious, the Joe's A-S-B-O is sweet,
