MY SPELL IN HELL
BB Mary sleeps rough
FORMER Big Brother contestant Mary O’Leary is penniless and living rough on the street.
Scary Mary, as she became known during last summer’s show, has spent the cash she made from the show.
And after being turfed out of her rented flat she’s now homeless too.
Last night we found devastated Mary, who claims to be a white witch, on a park bench in North London.
Nothing
She said: “I’ve been left with nothing and have nowhere to go.
“I don’t have the money to even know where I am going to stay tonight.”
Following her BB appearance Mary has struggled to find work, despite a string of acting auditions. She was the first housemate to be evicted and cashed in by telling us about her time in the house.
The 31 year-old also claimed bizarrely that she once romped with an alien.
Her desperate situation reached breaking point last week when her flatmate locked her out.
She put all Mary’s belongings into black bin-liners – and shut the door on her.
Mary, originally from Dublin, said: “I can’t believe I’ve been left in this situation.
“I’ve got absolutely no money. I made a bit from Big Brother but now I’ve got nothing.
“I spent my remaining £1,500 on rent, a deposit and bills but then I was locked out.
“I can’t bear the thought of living rough on the streets but I have no choice.
“My mum back home in Ireland has died so I can’t go back there.
“I don’t even have enough money to get there anyway. As for trying to be an actress, what can I do?
“Now I’m homeless it makes it doubly hard trying to attend castings and auditions.
“I need to look my best and be in a good frame of mind but I can’t like this, can I?
“I was hoping to go to Los Angeles but without somewhere to live all that has been thrown into jeopardy.”
Sleep
On Friday Mary, who once worked as a massage girl called Maria, found a good Samaritan who let her sleep on his floor.
She said: “I really don’t know what I’m going to do.
“People don’t seem to realise being a contestant on Big Brother is a fleeting glimpse into the world of celebrity.
“And that’s all it is. Now I’ve been left with nothing.”
