That means nothing, of course they have to include the acts that supposedly didn't get through. Until they are actually out of the competition when it is shown, they are allowed to take bets for them.

Gamu will have the better odds because everyone's talking about her rather than Katie, it means nothing at all.

But surely they wouldn't risk money by offering such good odds on Katie, they'd use their information to earn money, it's a business, they don't care about spoiling it for everyone.
