Off of tonights performances:

Aiden, Mary, TreyC, Rebecca, Paije (or however you spell his name) were the best.

Aiden will go far, because he looks good. I don't know how far the rest from tonight's best list will go.

Didn't rate Matt's song choice at all - he did it well, but the idea of it was ludicrous and I'm not really sure what he/Dannii were thinking. I thought Rebecca's song choice was obscenely out of date and did nothing for her; again, she sang it well, but it underwhelmed me.

It's really open this year, half the acts are real candidates. However chances are we aren't onto the winner yet since for the past 3 winners became favourites late in the game. Matt will make top 5 I think, Rebecca's a dark horse.

I think Rebecca's pushed herself into the dark horse category because she had such a forgettable song tonight - a lot of people are looking at Aiden, Treyc, Mary, Paije and others who gave more impressive performances... I hope she does, I really like her and want her to do well!

Katy was as bad as expected.

Nicolo looked like the German entry of Eurovision 1987.

Diva Fever will just camp it up 'you go girl' until the joke wears thin and they're offered a daytime decorating show.

Storm looked like a David Bowie tribute act but will get the Scottish vote.

Aiden needs to stop gurning. Great voice.

I doubt Storm is going to get 'the Scottish vote' (which I still think is a completely made up thing - we Scottish people are the most cynical arseholes in the UK, if anything we're likely to turn our back to someone who's dubbed as 'the recipient of the Scottish vote' because it makes them sound pretentious) because he's spent half his life away from it!
