Default The groups......

Right.. I do like the groups.. HOWEVER.. I would love it if..... next week EACH person from the group sang a solo bit. Not just 1 or 2 of the group having the "solo" bits and the rest just singing the chorus!! They should ALL have a chance. I know some are better singers and that is why they are given more singing parts.. but meh.. I rather hear them all sing a piece individually.

Also.. I like Diva Fever too. The skinnier guy actually has a good set of vocals on him!! I could not really hear the other man sing that song last night.. so I hope he sings a bit on his own next week too.

Also Belle Amie.. I loved their dress sense!! Dressed like funky cool girls instead of...... sluts!! They are cool

Anywho what do you think?

I actually agree with everything you have just said and when you say sluts I'm assuming you're referring to those *****s Kandy Rain

Lol well yeah. Eventhough I did like Kandy Rain and they should have been given a chance. It's just nice though to see some "innocence" in girls. I mean.. I don't want Belle Amie to copy off Girls Aloud. We already have "raunchy" Girl Bands in the charts.. well like Pussycat dolls and Girls Aloud. I just think Belle Amie are young, hip and fresh. I hope they gel a bit more for next week.

No their outfits were a drab, baggy ass mess. Not as bad as Diva fevers hideous attire though. Looked like they were dressed for rehearsals in old t-shirt and lycra pants! They need glitz and sparkle FFS.

Mmm.. I do like a bit of glitz and sparkle. But.. I like the more "casual" look as well. Like the days of Spice Girls and S Club 7.. when they were more "casual" and not just in clothes that always looked like they were going to "hit the clubs".

Yep I think they will just get better with time and like you said need to gel a bit more. I actually thought Airplanes was a brilliant song choice because it isn't a typical girlband song like what a lot of past girl groups have sung. If they get more songs like that I'm sure they will be brilliant if they get the chance.

er, this is Diva fever here. Theyre never gonna bother the charts so need to glam it up as a stage act. They need the costumes and dancing as much as the singing or theyll be out. Singing alone will not save them.

Yeah.. have to be careful though!! People will think they are "copycats" if they do Girls Aloud and Pussycat doll songs. Mmm.. Maybe they could sing A Britney song?

I don't really get the 'groups' thing.. for me a group is one singer, and the rest on the instruments. 5 mediocre singers do not equal one good singer IMO

I wonder how all the other groups who auditioned are feeling now that a wildcard mincing karaoke prance act and two Simon Cowell madeup groups are all that remain....i would be seriously reconsidering entering for next year if i was a group as it just aint worth it.
