You can almost always can count on ousted X Factor contestants spouting the usual "I've had the time of my life" or "it's been an amazing experience" rubbish once they've left the show.
Not this year though. Both Storm Lee and Diva Fever have been putting the boot in and whole-heartedly blaming their mentors for their failure to wow the crowds. Diva Fever have been whining about their concerns over Simon's song choice but we'd go so far as to say Storm is a tad bitter about the whole thing. Yesterday he did the rounds of morning TV and expressed his disappointment at Louis Walsh's styling decisions. "I like putting on a show but I don't wan to look like Gary Glitter," he complained. "The hair colour and make-up was so old. It was all his idea." And Storm blames the fact that Mr Walsh "hasn't picked up a fashion magazine for 50 years". Surprised? No, us neither. Anyway, Storm reckons he would have "killed Mad World" (murdered, more like) but that he was set up to be the "cartoon villain" of the show. He confessed though that he "felt this warm tingly feeling of happiness" when it was announced that he was going home... so it's not all bad.
