Default Todays team task winners spoiler!

A record-breaking performance in tonight's Apprentice sees Lord Sugar's wannabes rake in £200,000.

And when the sales results were revealed even the hard-to-please business mogul was forced to admit: "Wow, my God, they're some seriously big numbers".

Lord Sugar is even more surprised to discover investment banker Liz Locke, 24, sold £120,000 of the goods on her own.

The two teams this week have to select two new products pitched to them by inventors and designers.

Among the items chosen, which they then sold at a profit, were a colour-changing baby grow and an eco-friendly shower head.

A show source said: "Some of the candidates have been woeful up until now, but something seems to have clicked and they get their act together in dramatic fashion.

"Sales this week are massive."

But despite the record-breaking £200,000 combined sales haul there are still sparks flying between the remaining 12 hopefuls.

Lord Sugar is furious when ex-hairdresser Melissa Cohen has a tantrum in the boardroom.

The 27-year-old, who was project manager on last week's winning task, calls her team-mates "horrible people", and then tells them to "get out of my face".

Earlier, the attitude of motormouth Stuart Baggs scared away vital business.

The 21-year-old, who refers to himself as Stuart Baggs "the Brand", insults a supplier whose baby-grow product provides £99,000 of sales for their opponents.

The outburst leaves project manager Jamie Lester angrily raging at bewildered Stuart.

He tells him: "There is a very fine line between a hard-nosed business decision and being rude - and that was rude."

Team-mate Stella English added: "That was quite frankly embarrassing."

And the continuing rows between female candidates Laura Moore, Paloma Vivanco and Sandeesh Samra, lead to Lord Sugar's aide Nick Hewer branding their pavement bust-up "the battle of Old Compton Street".

The sixth series of The Apprentice was moved from its usual March slot until after the General Election as Tories complained about Lord Sugar's links to the Labour party.

And before the start of the second episode Raleigh Addington walked out after his brother was hit by a bomb in Afghanistan.

His brother Ed is now recovering and Raleigh is working as operations director for the Tickets For Troops charity.

The Apprentice is on tonight at 9pm, on BBC1.

Well done Liz, she's doing well!.
