did know where to put this so if its in wrong section please dont shout

i deleted microsoft office and paint off my pc ages ago now i want them back, i dont have the install disk thing

can i download them anywhere for free?

Go into your recycle bin and restore it?

The same thing happened to me the other day with the internet

You can with torrents, but that runs a high risk of a virus
