Everyone's got one or two, a film you used to love as a kid but have forgotten until you suddenly remember it and spend ages trying to find out what it's called so that you can find it on DVD if you're lucky as it's not seemingly available anywhere.
Mine's Rock & Rule which is like a cartoon from the 80's about mutant rockers. When I found a copy after ages looking for it I was ecstatic...and then slightly disappointed when I watched it as it wasn't as good as I remembered. Nostalgia's a bitter bitch, I still quite liked it though but the magic of it was destroyed utterly I used to love this song, it was from the film. I literally used to rewind the video and watch it multiple times. Last edited by Tom4784; 09-12-2010 at 02:11 AM. |

My friends and I used to watch a rubbish film called American Anthem over and over again.. It was a love story really, based around gymnasticss and the lead actor was an attractive chap called Mitch Gaylord.. don't even know if he was ever in anything else, but we used to watch that film until we could speak along!!

I've never ever even thought about looking Mitch Gaylord up.. Turns out he was a 1984 gold Olympic medalist, not an actor (this explains a LOT)

I loved that film! Forgot it existed until now.
Also loved An American Tale and The Rescuers (I can still remember the Rescue Aid Society anthem )

Another one I watched too many times. I think I liked the sequel more though.

The lack of CG is nice too. Still have to make it clear though that the Rescuers Down Under was the only Disney sequel that didn't suck.

I can't remember the name of the film but I always used to watch it.
It had a minotaur in it and a unicorn as well as a load of other creatures and I seem to remember it being quite scary. Does anybody know the film, it must of been released in the early 90s. |

Teen Wolf
Not only couldn't I remember the name, I couldn't remember the main actor. I managed to watch it a few months ago, thought it was pretty crap this time, I should have left it well in the back of my mind.

Legend 1985 with Tom Cruise and Tim Curry? or maybe Labyrinth 1986 with David Bowie?
