They did change everything. This is a fact. It's not for you to argue with. Also they were fantastic singers. Especially John Lennon. Listen to his song 'Mother' and then get back to me.

Besides, being a great musician extends far beyond having pitch perfect voice. It's about having a voice with character. You seem to think music's worth can be defined by how many notes a musician can hit. That's complete bollocks. Writing ones own material, playing ones own intruments and being inventive and creative in the studio all matter far, far more than 'having a lovely voice'.

Of course people are going to be defensive when what you are coming out with is wrong.

Look who's talking about being overly defensive. Bitch jumps on everybody whenever they talk about Leona so don't fucking call us out because not only it has been proven that the Beatles changed the face of music but they have done much more than ugly horse face Leona ever will if she ever lasts as long as they did (which I highly doubt)

more people talk about leona in my year group than the beatles so they are barely a talking point.. Infact i have never heard anybody mention them apart from this forum.

Anyway let's keep this on topic any fans getting annoyed or defensive about opinions is not needed. Other fans have taken it fine..

Oh wait, age isn't an excuse after all, I was 12 when I discovered Elvis, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones etc... and I'm pretty sure Stu, Karl, Shaun (great music taste too) and a few others here went through the same fate.

It's not a matter of opinion, you like whoever you want to. I never said my music tastes are better than yours because I didn't.

All we stated are facts: the above mentioned artists are LEGENDS, whether you like it or not. It's real, it's happening, it's noticed, it's a fact. I'm not expecting you to understand because clearly, you can't but at least I put my point across.
Just read what has been going on in the music industry for the past 40 years and you'll see the truth. It's not a matter of opinion, it's a matter of fact and influence these artists had on what you have in your iPod/mp3 player. That's it, no matter to discuss.
