Yep you're right, parents shouldn't take any responsibility, if something goes wrong they can just blame everything else, those violent video games for example because it's never down to bad parenting and it's always someone else's fault.

How dare parents who let the media raise their children be blamed when they end up screwy? It's obviously that evil scottish man on the telly's fault instead.

Are you saying that tv has no influence on "well brought-up" children?

I think the point he is trying to make is that TV cannot be soley responsible, or any other forms of media. If parents allow their children to view such stuff, then that is their choice not the media; good or bad.

But isn't it upto the parents to moderate what their kids watch if they are easily impressionable? Again it's lazy parenting at the end of the day and it's not like they put Frankie Boyle on CITV isn't it? I was always allowed to watch what I wanted because I wasn't stupid enough to re-enact what I'd seen. If some kids do then they shouldn't have been watching in the first place.

If you wanna play the blame game then blame the parents who should be paying attention to what their kids are watching.

'Vulgar' can be a highly effective term of abuse, but it's all down to how you use it. The word's principle definition could have been written about the OP.

Still going on about Frankie Boyle? ***** sake. The amount of people who have moaned about this man in the last 2 months has just made more people wanting to learn more about his work and possibly become a fan.

If you don't like him or his work, DON'T WATCH his shows. Its people who complain who make people like Frankie Boyle the real money. Complaints mean more media and more money.

Jordon has BUILT a career on people hating her and people talking about her and spreading her name about. The same people who are so open to hating Katie price, actually add fuel to her engine and its what makes her money.

Is the country so thick to not notice this?
