On weekdays:

Weekdays : 2ish am - any am [course hours are all over the shop]
Weekends : 4/5 am - 1pm

I just sleep whenever really. When I get home I might get a little sleep for an hour. I always remember my much weirder dreams when I do that than when I sleep proper at night.

Sleep is awesome. So is doing stuff. It's a nice balance, the whole business.

I'd love a sleep pattern of say
to bed: 11pm
rise: 6am

as it is: it's rise about 6am. Fall asleep on sofa about 10pm-ish. Wake up about 1am - awake till about 4am, back to sleep for a few hours.

Pish - and despite trying everything, I can't get into a normal sleeping pattern.

some i sleep through the day too im so cool

i nearly fell asleep on a bence in the middle of town before : L

i had to go for my eyes tested and you have to take somebody with you coz they put these drops in that make your vision blurry so my mum took me but she went shopping while i was having the test so when it finished i sat on the bench outside and waited but i had only had like 3 hours sleep so i started drifting off and a few minutes later i realised i had my head resting on this womans shoulder and she was like O_o
