Default Favourite Quicky Weekend Breakfast
Just rustled up 2 (nice n crispy) bacon and 'smashed' egg sannies for breakfast. Along with a roasting hot cuppa..... delicious and hit the spot.

What's your fav weekend breakfast that you don't have the time or inclination for during the week?

Usually have bacon rolls with brown sauce and a cup of tea on aSunday.. Last week I hadsandwiches with scrambled egg and crispy bacon! They were amazing!

Bacon sadwich with tommy K so the butter melts in with it. Also a cuppa and some crumpets soaked in butter

Scramble eggs on buttered brown toasts, fried tomatoes, and shiitake mushroom.

I saw this recipe on a video I posted to "Arista's Café" sometime ago and I really enjoy it.

I don't eat breakfast but if I did, I'd have then a poached egg + bacon sandwich is what I love.
