I was thinking of maybe getting TiBB a new look (forum color-wise, and main page-wise)

I could design the layout and help out on TiBB.

Exactly, This has been my home for 11 months and it would feel well werid.

Black and yellow forum themes aren't really easy on the eye :/

As for the main page, its more than just one page of html. Its a (messy) collection of PHP and various Inclues to other files, it would take absolutly ages to strip it down and place it in a new format.
Although a lot of BB sites redesign every year, the advantage of not is recognition. People who just skim sites may remember us, from the theme and layout.

Traffic for TiBB has been as expected so far this season, hopefully as the series progresses we will reach some new records. Last year over 1million pages were loaded on the site/forum in 24 hours at one point.
