umm, didn't justin timberlake do the whole "art pop" thing when he left nsync? I thought he did. So it seems gaga is being "reductive" again. I wish she'd stop trying to piss off the fans, and just have some respect for the industry that she is choosing to work in.

She makes it seem like she thinks she is better than other pop artists before her, like she thinks she's inventing "pop", or that she's more "artistic" than Madonna, or other pop artists.

2 years late, no1cur about Born This Way or Madonna now.

I am glad that she has focused on the touring etc for a bit and of course producing the album to have a bit of a breather for when she begins the PR for ARTPOP and of course the Jazz album she will be recording with Tony Bennett.

Lady GaGa postpones 'Born This Way Ball' dates due to "chronic pain"

Lady GaGa has announced the postponement of four dates on her 'Born This Way Ball' tour.

The 26-year-old 'Marry the Night' singer took to Twitter today (February 12) citing a case of synovitis - inflammation of the joints - as the cause for the cancellation of her two shows in Chicago, as well as her gigs in Detroit and Hamilton.



GaGa wrote: "Im so sorry. I barely know what to say."

She continued: "I've been hiding a show injury and chronic pain for sometime now, over the past month it has worsened. I've been praying it would heal

.

"I hid it from my staff, I didn't want to disappoint my amazing fans. However after last nights performance I could not walk and still can't.

"To the fans in Chicago Detroit & Hamilton I hope you can forgive me, as it is nearly impossible for me to forgive myself. Im devasted & sad.

"It will hopefully heal as soon as possible, I hate this. I hate this so much. I love you and Im sorry."

GaGa is expected to release her new album ARTPOP later this year.
