It's often difficult to express your true feelings on a candidate when ranking them so I'm gonna give a rundown of my opinions on each candidate and you can too!

Jim
From the start I knew that he'd do well, especially when he was bigged up by Karen for negotiating those tomatoes down to a good price. He's had quite a rocky time in the show but I think he's definitely the best of the males this year, whether that's just his Irish charm or his business mind, who knows! I think that he can sometimes be a little bit cocky but he seems genuine and I think that LS obviously likes him. I reckon he could win it, but don't think he will.

Tom
Not too sure on Tom. His stats reveal everything and although I think that the majority were just bad luck, he proved in the Paris task when he was team leader that he wasn't very good at handling people and even though he had Melody, who could speak fluent French, he still didn't win and I was quite disappointed in him for that. He's a very nice guy and I think he's very warming but he's just not for the business world. If LS is looking specifically for a producer of a product then I think he could do it, but otherwise I don't think he's in with much chance.

Helen
Her track record instantly makes her in with a good chance and I do like her, even if she can be a bit robotic. She's very calm and composed and I think she'd make quite a good manager. I like how she's stepped out as an underdog from the first few weeks where I was unsure on who she even was. I'm a bit disappointed with her loss last week as I'd have liked her to have won every task. She seems a bit like a cute kitten that will bite if it's annoyed or if anyone goes up against it and you can definitely see the perfectionist in her. I think she stands the best chance out of anyone, she just needs to try and show a little bit of edge.

Natasha
Her personality is so hot. I don't think LS or Nick and Karen like her but I think that at some points she has shown that she's more than capable of clinching the job, but at others she has spectacularly failed. I'd like to see her get to the final as I think she'd put up a good fight in the interviews but I don't think LS will keep her if she faces the boardroom this week.

Susan
I LOVE Susan and her sweet personality. I think as an all round package she is very good, even if her youth is shown sometimes in a bad light. I think LS likes her and so do Nick and Karen but I think someone else will be picked over her purely due to experience and maturity. She's very enthusiastic and I'd like to see her at least get to the final as I think she deserves it the most out of all of them. I particularly liked when she fought back in the boardroom with Glenn and Jim and totally showed them up. I've got a lot of respect for her
