Was just reading the paper there and apparently Kerry Katona an her Mother are going in.....

Fair enough Kerry cause she's a fame ***** but her Mother? seriously??

Do they not remember what happened the last time a Mother and Daughter went in.......

Oh dear.
I don't mind the idea of Kerry going in. I know I'm definitely in the minority, but I feel sorry for Kerry - yes she's made some stupid decisions, but I think she's had a very rough time of it and deserves one last chance to get her life back on track.
But even I would find it hard to defend putting her AND her mother in the house. It has disaster written all over it. As Iceman points out, this will never ever work. Her mother isn't a celebrity and putting her in will drastically affect the dynamics of the house.
If Kerry becomes a HM she should be allowed to use this opportunity to learn to get back on her own two feet and get her life back on track - not have her mother there to constantly defend and protect her.

Kerry Katona is reportedly being lined up to star in this year's Celebrity Big Brother alongside her mother.

Sue, who has taken control of her daughter's career since her split from Can Associates, is currently considering the offer to take part in the show. Bosses are lining up Kerry's ex Mark Croft in case Sue declines the offer.

"Kerry is very *outspoken and so is Sue so there is bound to be a lot of friction between them in the house," a source told The People. "Theirs is not a typical mother and daughter relationship - it is very volatile and will make great TV.

"Sue is *currently thinking it over but it's fair to say she's tempted, especially as she needs the money - just like Kerry. When Kerry first heard they had asked her mum she thought it would be a nightmare but now she thinks it could work out well for both of them."

Producers are hoping that Kerry will open up about her failed marriages and battle with drugs and depression during her time in the house. She has apparently told them: "Just clear my debts and I'm in," leading to a Ł285,000 offer being made.

The source added; "Kerry is *worried because she can't cook or clean and so won't be able to pull her weight, which won't go down well with her housemates. She is also nervous because the public will see what a scruff she really is."

Celebrity Big Brother starts next month on Channel 5. Snoop Dogg, BBC Radio 1 DJ Tim Westwood and Tiger Woods's alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel are also rumoured to be taking part.
