Default the uk rate problem on london tonight news ? what rat problem ?

THE UK RATE PROBLEM - LONDON TONIGHT

on London tonight news there was this report,
and for the family of the lady involved, i am distraught.
its quite simply something that is a disgrace,
we are not a third world country, but we have a trace.
did i not say in my past poems about the "save the earth comity,
but everyone wanted to save the earth, that's why i have no pity.
you can not have food waste lining every street,
and expect no cockroaches and rats and vermin at your feet.
also one more contributing factor is food stacking,
foreign food such as rice is more damaging then phone hacking.
now the Joe will give you the solution,
all rubbish in one bin collected twice weekly, gone is the dirt pollution.
no more green, brown, blue boxes spreading germs,
good old days are back, simple conditions and terms.
streets to be returned and the rats must reverse,
because all the issues i have raised, will leave more people needing a hearse.

(the joe watched this news and i have put my views down and i can clearly say the only rat i have ever seen is the one in the mirror every morning lol sleep tight everyone and dont let the rats bite)

There are loads of rats running around. I see them all the time. If the council would actually put the council tax we pay to good use, such as having the bin men come more than once a fortnight, then there would be less rubbish left outside for the rats.

In the United Kingdom some figures show that the rat population has been rising, with estimations that 81 million rats reside in the UK. Those figures would mean that there are 1.3 rats per person in the country. High rat populations in the UK are often attributed to the mild climate, which allow them higher survival rates during the winter months.
