Default pap-pa killed a robber - should he go to prison ?

pap-pa killed a robber - should he go to prison ?

i am old school,
rules and regulations must apply,
this perpetrator has done wrong,
now don't expect sympathy for his die.
he went in tooled,
so i hear a gun replica,
now the out come in no Bermuda,
its more square then triangular.
just like the farmer,
who shot the kid,
going to prison for tony martin,
is shame the UK can not rid.
own up and admit,
this man is 72 and wanted no grief,
he's a flouriest doing funerals,
it is beggars belief.
the Conservatives need to change,
the law must be in the public favor,
lets put the fear of god in the criminals,
and who No's it could be the UK's savior.

(this is all over the news today. a 72 year old florist was broken into and was going to be robbed, when he tryed to stop this a fight broke out and the robber was stabbed and died. now i am thinking i am with pap-pa on this one as the robber had no right to do what he did and how would you feel if someone broke into your house and put you and your family at risk?
i think we need to start a campaign for pap-pa ? anyone with the joe on this one ? please sign yes i am with the joe on this one below and i will copy and paste it to the police authority to show our support.)

I'm with Joe!

I read he was being held at gunpoint and what he did was out of protection!Sure I read last week that a man was not charged after he killed an unarmed robber, the judge declared it was out of protection.I would hope I'd have the balls to do it if someone held me at gunpoint

if someone was to even step foot in my house id try to kill them, just the fact that they think they could try to rob me would be enough
zero tolerance is the only way
