The best ever Lauren Harries BB moment was on BBLB when Old Russ was still presenting, and the other guest was John McCririck. As Russell was wrapping the show up, and the credits were about to roll, for no reason at all, Lauren lurched up out of her chair, bellowed "KEITH ALLEN, ONE DAY, I'M GOING TO BLOODY WELL KILL YOU!" and threw her shoes at the camera.

She's the best TV ever.
