Herbal Sominex does the opposite of help you fall asleep.

Last summer I got some for a plane journey and I was already really tired but I took a pill just so I could sleep the whole journey because I hate plane journeys. It completely woke me up like I had had 2 cups of coffee and I had to endure a 13 hour night flight home sat awake.
