He's far from stroppy. He's actually very calm and I think he thinks of himself as a philosopher. He's one of the greatest chefs of all time.

I presume you haven't read any of Ramsay's books then? He paints a very different picture, far from being a very calm person, he's a bully with a fiery temper.

I've read several of Gordon Ramsay's books. You're probably talking about Humble Pie.

I know him personally and he is not friends with Gordon Ramsay

Gordon is a bit of an idiot

Marco is probably the greatest living chef of all time

He is a bit eccentric
