My cat does that. She will sit, but not stay yet. She also stops meowing if you tell her to shut up. And plays fetch just like a dog would

That cat's dumb ..... an intelligent cat wouldn't bother with all that palaver for a few treats but would nip next door to the lovely little old lady who feeds her tuna chunks and cream .....
