Looks like he is going to be fit for the world cup after all.

He just come out of the hospital smiling and is due to fly back to Germany round about now!

An official statement due to be released but i think he's going.

Sky Sports News just said he went back to Germany on the plane so surely he wouldn't be going back if he wasn't playing!

Great news about Rooney now we have got a really good chance of winning it, let's just hope he does what he did for Man Utd on in his first game back from breaking his foot and that was scoring a hattrick.
