Default Golden ticket show - CRAP

What was with this show? it was dreadfully managed.

firstly, the whole point of big brother is that you're cut off from the outside world, now someone who knows everything about everyone has gone in,and of course, she doesn't like grace. So now shes going to put grace up for eviction and endemol will probably make loads of money because people will vote like mad to get her out since shes so hated.

also, they done it in the garden, why? theres a plasma screen in the living room, and they don't even need to hear anything, so they could of simply muted the telly..

Also, why wasn't there any kind of crowd control? if they wanted to do it in the garden they could have atleast done something to stop the crowd from chanting.

I'm not saying all this just because I like grace, I truly thought the show was either stitched or just awfully done.

I think it was all done in the garden because the lottery machine obvioulsy needs power and because there is a way out through the garden, its elecricity supply probably came through one of those secret doors in the garden. There are no secret doors in the lounge.
But I agree, it should've been done in the lounge.

No offence, but thats a bad excuse for pretty much ruining the main aspect of big brother. they could of easily got a bloody extension cord!

No way. The golden ticket was great! Possibly one of my favourite ever BB moments.

The fact it was in the garden made a lot better atmosphere. It would have been shitty if it was inside the house. All the chanting and stuff made it a lot more exciting and generally a lot better. I too like Grace but I still enjoyed the whole GET GRACE OUT stuff. I got as excited as I used to in the old big brothers and it seriously was AMAZING last night. If you think no contact with the outside world then why aren't you moaning about when Davina says the names of who's up for eviction and people boo after each name. That is just as bad.

Don't get me wrong, I love Grace but I loved the golden ticket idea and thought it was so dramatic and really, really exciting.

don't worry, i've moaned about that plenty of times already.

It was exciting, but also hard to watch and nasty.

and if you like grace, then why do you want her to suffer and be upset? I guess it does mean that she'll know what to expect when she gets evicted though..

Pmsl ed.

I found it hard to watch when Makosi was getting terrorised when she came out but BB is nasty and Grace seems a very strong person so I don't think she will be too mentally scared lol.

I just loved the whole "OMG WHO IS GETTING THE BOOS?! WHAT ARE THEY CHANTING" stage. Everyone was screaming and really didn't have a clue what was going on. IT WAS GREAT!

They've really made Grace a more sympathetic figure in my eyes. I agree the whole Golden Housemate thing is badly handled. Not only is Suzi in there with knowlege of everyone and everthing, but now she's going to have sole nominating power?

BB could have easily kept the HMs in the house to shield them from the chants. I'm pretty sure they wanted the HMs to hear the chant. They're really gunning for Grace, especially with this Golden Housemate nomination c**p.

If the producers were manipulating that would be one thing, but they've done all but flipping nominate Grace themselves!

you can usually see past all the biased editing, but this is annoying..

its just so endemol make more money, because peoples passion for hate of grace is so strong that millions will vote.
But they'll realise that once shes gone the show will become dull and the viewing figures will drop.

I don't care what the crowd think, but grace does, and its affected her, so i didn't think it was "entertaining"

I agree
It hurt Grace, and no-one deserves to be hurt in my eyes
Well, not people as innocent as the housemates.

I say innocent as them compared to evil people who murder.

I can't stand Grace as a person but I think letting her hear the crowd noise will make her act in a different manner. This was like giving her a hint to change the way she is if she wants to survive. The housemates said they heared Richard chants but I only could hear Grace.

I think the person who went in is rather poor and wanted someone who atleast could stir matters and use their outside knowledge to mix things up and cause problems in the house but Suzi seems to just be boring and pretty clueless to how the show works. For someone who has payed a large amount to go in I would of thought would be pretty more clued up to how she was going to be....either tactically or atleast to cause some drama that the public will enjoy.

I cannot see Grace being nominated as she is hated and Suzi knows she is no threat because the public wont let her win. I was expecting the final between Pete and the Golden winner but looking at her so far its been pretty rubbish. Still early days but on initital impressions not liking how it was done.

BB is ruining the whole show with this Golden Ticket cr4p. It's a bad idea altogether.

Considering the producers take months to select just the right mix of HMs from the thousands who apply, how can they possibly get a good HM out of a few competition winners? And how come there were 400 Golden Tickets put out, yet only 30-odd shortlisted?

say "richard out" and it sounds a bit like "get grace out" when lots of people are saying out of time it can confuse.

I agree that the new housemate is rubbish, shes so unoriginal, its like last year, with pretty much every single woman being big chested.

probably just a way to make it sound official, the 34 (or whatever number) were probably the only ones that actually found the golden tickets.

I think the general idea is good...a member of the public winning a ticket to enter was a good idea. But I think they should of then screened each 34 contestants and the public should of picked who went in. Each person had a gameplan of somesort so it would of worked betterif the public picked the final 5 or something (so we would pick the 5best entertaining ones or the ones who had something to offer) then the housemates picked out of the 5.

To me they all seemed pretty old characters in the 34 and not one stood out from the crowd apart from the journalist who got boo's.
