Marcus Collins will perform OutKast hit 'Hey Ya!' on a jumbo jet stage prop, while Little Mix will enter Wembley Arena on Harley-Davidson motorbikes and sing 'You Got The Love'.
The band will perform in front of a giant screen showing animated female soldiers - said to resemble Cheryl Cole - doing mentor Tulisa Contostavlos's famous arm salute.
Meanwhile, Amelia Lily will take on Christina Aguilera's 'Ain't No Other Man' and Mariah Carey's 'All I Want For Christmas Is You', after becoming unhappy with her initial festive song choice of Wizzard's 'I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day'.
It was previously reported that the X Factor finalists will duet with their mentors at the final.
Lily and Rowland will sing Tina Turner's 'River Deep, Mountain High', while Little Mix and Contostavlos will perform a medley of Alicia Keys' 'If I Ain't Got You' and 'Empire State Of Mind'. Collins and mentor Gary Barlow will sing 'She's Always a Woman' by Billy Joel.
