I didn't think non-Brits could ever vote at all? It's our show after all. Good job it has been restricted.

I'm sure Brits were able to vote in X Factor US for the first series, not sure if I've made that up.

I got that page last year when I tried to vote on BB12, but this year I've been able to vote no-problem.

I didn't know anyone who lives outside of the UK or Ireland could vote
voting should only be for people living in the UK or Ireland, whatever their nationality
theoretically if a chinese celebrity was in the UK CBB and even just 10 percent of China decided to vote them a winner, it will be contest over since 10 percent of China is twice the size of the UK
I know that's unlikely but it's possible
it will descend into a eurovision type situation where people vote by nationality

If that is the case though we shouldnt ask our fellowmen to be in our shows. It could be an obvious fact that the majority of Brits could vote for Brits therefore any other culture doesnt have a chance to win and those Brist who have voted for them have wasted their money. To spin the coin then we shouldnt be allowed in other cultures shows.....we cant have it all ways. I love to see other people taking part with our own.

This. I just think it robs the show of being a UK show if people in other countries are allowed to vote on it. After all it is people in the UK who pay their TV licenses, we have to put up with all the adverts and other stuff. Sorry but the idea that somebody in a different country could change the outcome of a TV show aired in the UK for the UK just seems wrong.

It's not fraud if it's letting them do it. Which I guess it is. I haven't checked this year, but I know last year I wasn't able to. That may have changed.
