i am not surprised,
and no this new team wont crack,
the reader has to deal with,

(i got all these facts from watching one news show about this problem and i feel something needs to be done as the facts speaks and tells the whole story - but what is the way to get this problem under control ? or maybe you feel there is no problem ? love to hear your views)
